1How do I submit a Challenge?

Please go to the top of our website and click the drop down on the button that says Challenges. Choose the 3rd option that says Start a New Challenge. Or simply click here! Fill in the form and click Submit Challenge Request. We will contact you from hello@challypop.com within 48 hours after receiving your form. Please check your junk folder if you don't see our email.

2What does it cost to run a Challenge?

Please check our Pricing page to learn more about costs. You can find it in the Footer of our website.

3What is the Incentives Budget?

Creators that take part in your Challenge compete for cash prizes or non-monetary prizes. Payouts are handled by our team. There is no minimum incentives budget but we recommend offering financial compensation to the top contenders. It will make your Challenge more appealing to creators.

4What is the TikTok SparkAds module?

We will collect up to 3 TikTok SparkAds codes for you so you can run an advertising campaign on TikTok. We will handle compensation of the creators involved. The cost of this module is 400 GBP|USD|EUR. Optionally, you can let us handle the TikTok SparkAds campaign for you.

5How are winners picked?

We celebrate creativity, quality and genuine, meaningful content. Our Challenges are not about having a huge following or scoring a ton of likes. We think every creator, with any size following, should have the same chance of winning a Challenge. Winners are picked based on how appealing their content is, how much of an effort they have made, and whether they meet the Challenge's guidelines. 

The ChallyPop team chooses the best 3, 10 or 20 submissions. If you want to be involved in picking the Top contenders, you are very welcome to indicate this in your submission form.

6Can I re-use the content made by creators?

Creators own the content that they've made. However, there are ways in which you can re-use the content.

1. Amplify your favourite pieces of content by booking our TikTok SparkAds module. We will share up to 3 TikTok SparkAds codes with you so you can run an advertising campaign on TikTok. Optionally, you can let us handle your advertising campaign for you.

2. Buy the right the repurpose content onto Instagram. We will reach out to your favourite three creators in the Challenge and ask them for their permission. Your fee for this service will cover our outreach to creators, a contract and compensation of the creators for the use of their videos, and the delivery of the raw files. 

7How can I see the results of my Challenge?

All Challenges are accessible for anyone. This means you can easily find your own Challenge on our website.

Visit the category page and search your Challenge in the Active or Past Challenges section by using the filter options. Once you find it, click Show Challenge. Here you can find all submissions.

By adding a specific hashtag to your Challenge, you'll be able to see an aggregate of your content live on social media.

8What if there aren’t enough submissions that meet the Challenge’s requirements?

If there aren't enough submissions that meet the Challenge's criteria and the quality standard, this will be subject to review. It may result in reimbursement back to the client of the remaining budget.

9How can I increase the number of entries for my Challenge?

We recommend doing the following to make the most of your Challenge:

1. Offer an appealing prize pot. Your prize pot may consist of cash prizes and non-monetary prizes. We recommend offering cash prizes to the Top 3 contenders of your Challenge. Non-monetary prizes could include PR packages, signed and/or dedicated copies etc.

2. Offer a copy of the e-book. Give our team access to a number of e-books that we may distribute on your behalf. Our experience is that creators appreciate reading an early copy of the book which leads to stronger content pieces.

3. Help spread the word: share the Challenge in your newsletter and possibly the newsletter of the author involved and collaborate with us on the PR-videos for your Challenge.
